The Swiss Office

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Switzerland and Liechtenstein was founded in the summer of 2003. We are a financially and legally independent Swiss foundation that is supervised by the Federal Department of Home Affairs. Our accounts are audited by Ernst & Young Geneva.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Switzerland and Liechtenstein finances its work through individual contributions, corporate donations, foundation grants, planned gifts, internal events (special events we plan) and external events held on our behalf by community businesses, associations, clubs, and schools. The Foundation also relies on in-kind contributions (goods and services) to help reduce the cost of wishes.

If you are a tax paying resident/company in Switzerland then your donations are tax deductible. Upon receipt of your donation we shall provide you with a document stating the date and amount of your donation.
